1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a range of domestic and international shipping speeds depending on how quickly you need your items.

  • Economy Shipping: Our most budget-friendly option.
    • Domestic (US): 4–8 business days. (Note: Items may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to your doorstep).
  • Standard Shipping: Our default balanced option for speed and cost.
    • Domestic (US): 2–5 business days.
    • International: 10–30 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Accelerated delivery for time-sensitive orders.
    • Domestic (US): 2–3 business days.
    • International: 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Ultra-fast delivery available for select apparel lines (like the Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 t-shirts) within the United States.
    • Domestic (US): 2–3 business days (inclusive of expedited processing).

Important on Upgrades: While orders placed with Standard Shipping can often be upgraded to Priority if our local printing partner supports it, Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded after checkout. Express Shipping must be selected directly at the time the order is placed.

2. Shipping Cost Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the specific shipping profile assigned to each item. A shipping profile is determined by the size, weight, and production origin of a specific product type (e.g., a heavy hoodie has a different profile than a lightweight t-shirt).

Multiple-Item Orders

If your cart contains multiple items, shipping costs are calculated using a base rate for the first item plus a heavily discounted “additional item” fee.

However, please note: Because we route items to specialized print facilities to ensure the highest quality, items from different product categories may be produced by different printing partners. When this happens, separate base shipping fees will apply to those distinct packages, and they may arrive at your doorstep at different times.

3. Shipping Carriers & Logistics

Our automated system determines the shipping carrier dynamically at the moment your order finishes production. This choice is made entirely based on ensuring the fastest and most reliable route to your exact location.

We partner with major global logistics providers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, alongside trusted local and regional delivery networks. Because these systems are optimized automatically, customers cannot manually request a specific carrier.

4. Tracking and Order Statuses

Once an order enters production, it transitions through two crucial phases:

  • “Ready to Ship” Status: This means your custom product has passed our quality check, is fully packaged, and a shipping label has been printed. It is sitting securely in our printing partner’s outbound dock awaiting carrier pickup.
  • Tracking Number Generation: Tracking numbers are generated only after the shipping carrier scans the package into their logistics network.

Why is there no tracking for my order yet?

If your order status says “shipped” or “ready to ship” but the tracking link is blank or unclickable, please allow 24 to 48 hours. Carriers often experience a delay between picking up a package and scanning it into their digital tracking systems. Additionally, certain budget economy or international postal methods may offer limited tracking updates once the package crosses certain regional borders.

(Note for integrated platform users: If you purchased through an external portal tied to our store and see a tracking delay, this is a technical buffer while data syncs across systems).

5. Global Coverage & Shipping Restrictions

Address Requirements & Military Delivery

  • Accuracy is Crucial: Please ensure your full street address, apartment/suite numbers, and correct zip/postal codes are entered precisely. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries failed due to incomplete address data.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Yes! We proudly ship to military addresses. Please ensure you format the address correctly with the specific unit/box details, choose “Armed Forces (AA/AE/AP)” as the state, and select standard delivery speeds, as express networks cannot access military mail centers.

Customs, Duties, and International Restrictions

  • Customs Fees: International shipments traveling across cross-border customs lanes may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Zayre Goods has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Fulfillment Restrictions: Occasional regional disruptions, international sanctions, or carrier-specific limitations can cause sudden shipping restrictions to certain countries. If your order is flagged by a shipping restriction, our customer support team will instantly step in to manage it—either by re-routing the order to an alternative printing partner or issuing you a full refund.

6. Returns & Custom Shipments

Our system uses automated, secure print-facility networks. To safeguard your privacy and ensure proper routing, all shipments are labeled with our standardized fulfillment return addresses.
